Racism and COVID-19 have become the two most important issues for America today. With higher minority death rates from COVID-19 and the spark of the anti-racism movement, the issue of race has been placed on center stage for the whole world to see. Leaders will have to address the issue of how structural racism is disproportionately affecting Blacks and people of color. Companies and leaders that stay silent on this issue will be putting their brand reputation at risk.
